Here's the latest on my house in Arizona: I signed another contract four days ago. With this deal I will actually lose a bit of money on the house. I shouldn't pay for repairs with that low of a price (yet), so today I find out if the buyer agrees to this.
I would really like to get out of the house because:
- the market is still getting worse in this area
- it takes time and effort nearly daily to keep it
- it costs over $1100 per month
I am so thankful that I have had enough in my savings to pay for the past several months plus what I will lose on the house. I don't really have anything left after that, though. Ah, learning to "lean on the everlasting arms" a little more. Why are these lessons so difficult?
